Women Carcass Workshop held in St. Lucia. Focused on issues facing women in the workplace and women in leadership. Workshop held by EI (Education International), CUT (Caribbean Union of Teachers)

Represented the BVI Teachers' Union at a Young Leaders Training Workshop-Organized by Caribbean Union of Teachers (CUT) and Educational International (held in Jamaica))

Workshop held by Unicef on 'Effective School Framework'.

Work with other teachers to being new and exciting events and activities to teachers.

Assisted in the development of a School Behavioural Policy conducted by UNICEF for teachers in the Virgin Islands.
